FAMILY VISA

✅ Basic Requirements:

1. Sponsor’s Passport Copy

2. Sponsor’s Emirates ID

3. Sponsor’s Residency Visa Copy

4. Sponsor’s Labor Contract / Salary Certificate

   • Private sector: Labor contract from MOHRE

   • Government/semi-government: Salary certificate

5. Tenancy Contract (Ejari)

   • Must be registered in the sponsor’s name

✅ Family Member Documents (for each dependent):

1. Passport Copies (of spouse, children, or parents being sponsored)

2. Passport-size Photographs (white background, recent)

3. Attested Birth Certificate (for children)

   • must be MOFA-attested in the United Arab Emirates and attested in the country of origin.

4. Attested Marriage Certificate (for sponsoring spouse)

5. Emirates ID Application Form

   • Done after visa is stamped

✅ Additional Notes:

• Minimum salary requirement for sponsoring family:

  • AED 4,000 (or AED 3,000 + accommodation)

• Parents’ visa may have higher salary requirement (around AED 20,000) and requires justification.

• Documents must be translated into Arabic and legally attested.
